Fertyl-Super 100 mg
Fertyl-Super contains Clomiphene Citrate as an active ingredient.
Fertyl-Super is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) which treats female infertility. It works by promoting the release of reproductive hormones. This helps stimulate the release of eggs from the ovary (ovulation).
This helps to treat infertility in women and increases the chance of a successful pregnancy. It is commonly used in women who are taking treatment for ovulation related issues or for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
Oral dosage: 50 mg day for 5 days starting on the 5th day of menstrual cycle or at any time if there is absence of a menstrual period. It may be increased to 100 mg day for the 2nd course as early as 30 days after previous therapy if needed. Total max: 6 treatment cycles. It comes as a tablet to take by mouth. It is usually taken once a day.
Common side effects of Fertyl-Super:
Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Headache, Enlarged Ovary, Hot flushes, Intermenstrual bleeding, Breast discomfort.
If you have an allergy to Fertyl-Super or any other part of this drug. Tell your doctor if you are allergic to any drugs. Make sure to tell about the allergy and what signs you had.
This includes telling about rash; hives; itching; shortness of breath; wheezing; cough; swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat; or any other signs. If you have any of these health problems: Liver disease, ovarian cysts, pituitary tumor, adrenal gland disease, thyroid gland disease, or vaginal bleeding. If you are pregnant or may be pregnant.
